Yes — we offer extended weekday and weekend availability beyond traditional urgent care hours. You can view all available times on our scheduling page. If you need a time that isn't listed, feel free to reach out directly — we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible. An after-hours nurse is also available to assist and help arrange next-day care when needed, ensuring your family always has timely support.

We do not accept insurance. However, we can provide a detailed superbill upon request that you can submit to insurance.

Our pricing is completely transparent. A non-refundable $250 travel fee is due at the time of booking. Treatment fees are clearly shared in advance — no hidden costs.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment are subject to the travel fee. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes! We can see as many patients as you like in one visit. We charge one travel fee per location, with individual exam fees per patient.

While we do not offer refunds, you will receive a detailed medical summary to ensure a smooth handoff to your physician or emergency care team.

We care for patients 6 months and older — ideal for families of all stages.

We do not manage chronic conditions or long-term medications. We focus on urgent care and will refer you if emergency , your primary care physician, or specialist care as needed.

Northbrook, Glenview, Deerfield, Bannockburn, Glencoe, Wilmette, Winnetka, Highland Park, Lake Forest, and Northfield.
Outside these areas? Contact us — extended travel may be available for an additional fee. -
Absolutely anybody! This service was particularly designed with those with busy life styles in mind who can't wait for hours in a crowded waiting room or seniros who have difficulty leaving their home to receive care.
